The goal is to be more in line with a woman's natural hormonal cycle, making it less invasive, developing potentially better quality eggs, and reducing side effects like ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS).

Ideal candidates are those with low ovarian reserve (fewer eggs), women who may not respond well to traditional IVF, and women who want a less invasive option.
